You can access both your account statements and autopay reports directly from your dashboard. While they live on the same page, they serve different purposes and are downloaded in different formats.
Where to find your statements
Statements provide a summary of your account activity for a statement period. To download a statement:
- Sign in to your dashboard.
- Go to Documents on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click into the statements you want to view on the top banner (i.e. Card Statements, Bank Statements, Bank Letters, or 1099-INTs)
- Select the statement period you’d like to view and click on the download icon.
Note: Statements are downloaded as PDF files.
Where to find your autopay reports
Autopay reports show detailed information about your automated payments. To download an autopay report:
- Sign in to your dashboard.
- Go to Documents on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click into the statements you want to view on the top banner (i.e. Card Statements, Bank Statements, Bank Letters, or 1099-INTs)
- Select the statement period you’d like to view and click on the download icon.
Note: Autopay reports are available only in CSV format.
Statements vs. autopay reports
- Statements (PDF): Summary of balances, transactions, and totals for a statement cycle.
- Autopay Reports (CSV): Line-by-line detail of automated payments, useful for reconciliation and accounting.
Things to keep in mind
- You can find your statement date on your PDF statement
- The statement date reflects the end of your billing period.
- The autopay date is when your scheduled payment is processed and may occur after the statement date.
