  • Payment timing: Every Friday at 7:00 AM ET

How autopay cash back works

Weekly autopay includes a two-step cash back process:

  1. 1% cash back is earned upfront when a transaction posts.
  2. After your weekly/semi-monthly autopayment autopayment settles, you receive a cash back boost that brings your total reward to 2.25%/2.0%
    1. The additional reward appears as a separate entry labeled “Weekly/Semi-Monthy Auto-Pay Cash Back Boost.”

Where to view your cash back boosts

To see your cash back activity:

  1. Sign in to your dashboard.
  2. Go to Team on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Click on the Invite a Team Member in the top right hand corner of the screen
  4. Enter the first and last name, email address and phone numberof the bookkeeper you’d like to add and click Continue.
  5. On the Assign Team Member A Role screen, select Bookkeeper and press Continue.
    1. On the Review Invitation screen, verify the information is correctly entered and click Invite

Things to keep in mind

  • Cash back boosts are credited after autopayments settle.
  • Settlement timing may vary slightly depending on banking processing.
  • You can change your autopay type at any time.
  • Higher-frequency autopay schedules help keep balances lower and rewards flowing more consistently.
