Add Additional Cards

You can add additional cards for team members directly from your dashboard. Cards can be virtual, physical, or both, depending on how the user will spend.

When you add additional cards, you can issue cards to team members, choose virtual, physical, or both card types, and control spending centrally across all cards 

How to add an additional card

Follow these steps to create a new card:

  1. Sign in to your dashboard.
  2. Click on Manage Cards on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Click on Create New Card in the top right hand corner
  4. Choose one of the following options:
    • Create Employee Card – Start spending online or with a mobile wallet immediately.
    • Create Vendor Card – A physical card will be shipped to the user.
  5. Follow the on screen instructions

Once created, the card will be available based on the option you selected.

Things to keep in mind

  • Each team member may have one virtual card and one physical card.
  • A user’s spending limit is shared across all of their cards.
  • User-level limits can be updated from the Team tab.
  • Physical cards are shipped and may take a few days to arrive.
