If you notice a suspicious or unauthorized transaction, contact us right away. Our team will take care of the investigation, file a dispute on your behalf, and issue a replacement card if needed.
How to report fraud
To report potential fraud on your account:
- Contact our support team directly at support@affiniti.finance or give us a call at +1 840-420-8405 as soon as possible.
Once you reach out, we will:
- Review the suspicious activity and/or transaction(s).
- File a dispute on your behalf (if necessary).
- Pause and/or cancel the affected card to prevent further transactions.
- Issue a new card with updated card details, if necessary.
Note: At this time, disputes cannot be submitted through the dashboard and must be handled by our support team.
Proactive fraud monitoring
Our fraud prevention team actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. In some cases, we may:
- Reach out proactively if we detect unusual behavior.
- Notify you if your card has been added to a virtual wallet or digital payment service.
This allows us to confirm activity early and help prevent unauthorized use.
Things to keep in mind
- Reporting fraud quickly helps minimize potential impact.
- Replacement cards can be issued with no interruption to your account.
- Virtual cards can be paused or replaced independently if needed.
