Redeeming Your Rewards

You can redeem your reward points directly from your account once they become available. 

Rewards are earned as you spend and become redeemable after your statement balance is paid.

How to redeem your reward points

Follow these steps to redeem your rewards:

  1. Sign in to your dashboard.
  2. Click on the Rewards drop-down menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
  3. Click Redeem Points in the top-right corner.
    1. Enter the number of points you’d like to redeem in the pop-up screen.
    2. Click Redeem Points to submit your request.

Once submitted, your redemption will be processed automatically.

Available points vs. pending points

Available points are points you can redeem right away. Your points become available after you’ve paid the statement balance for the statement period in which the rewards were earned.

Pending points are points you’ve earned but can’t redeem yet. Points may remain pending if:

  • The statement period has not closed yet.
  • The statement balance for that period has not been paid.

If you’re enrolled in weekly or semi-monthly auto-payments, any boosted cash back associated with those payment schedules will be credited within 5 business days of each successful auto-payment.

Things to keep in mind

  • Pending points automatically move to available once eligibility requirements are met.
  • Reward timing may vary slightly depending on transaction settlement.
  • Redemptions can only be made using available points.
