What is a Virtual Card

A virtual card is a digital card with a unique card number, expiration date, and CVV that you can use for online or phone purchases without needing a physical card.

You can use your virtual card to make online or phone purchases as soon as your account and credit limit are active.

Virtual cards work the same way as physical cards, but don’t require waiting for a card to arrive.

What you can do

With your virtual card, you can:

• Make online purchases anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
• Pay vendors by phone using card details.
• Start transacting immediately before your physical card arrives.
• Issue additional virtual cards for employees or locations .

How to use your virtual card

Follow these steps to access and use your virtual card:

1. Sign in to your dashboard.
2. Click on Manage Cards on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Scroll down to or look up the cardholder name of the virtual card you are looking for.
4. Click on View Details next to the card type which says Virtual 
   1. To view the card number, expiration date, and CVV, click on View Card Details 
5. Enter these details at checkout or provide them to your vendor.

Adding your virtual card to digital wallets

To add your virtual card to your digital wallet (Apple Pay or Google Pay), simply follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your dashboard.
2. Click on Manage Cards on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Scroll down to or look up the cardholder name of the virtual card you are looking for.
4. Click on View Details next to the card type which says Virtual 
   1. To view the card number, expiration date, and CVV, click on View Card Details 
5. Click on More Details, then click on Add to Wallet
6. Follow the on-screen instructions

Things to keep in mind

• Your virtual card draws from your available credit limit.
• Your virtual card has card details unique from your physical card.
• Virtual cards can be paused or replaced if needed.
• Some vendors may require a physical card for in-person transactions.
